What is most useful

• A guide that states something wrong. Include the section heading and, if you can, the source that contradicts it. This is the highest-value report we get.
• A tool that produced the wrong output. Include the input, the output you got, and the output you expected. For file-based tools, mention the file type and size.
• A tool that should exist and does not. Describe the task rather than the interface — the task usually tells us which existing tool should have covered it.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover files you did not save, decrypt documents you do not have permission to open, or advise on tax, legal or medical decisions. The calculators implement published rules; they are not professional advice.
