Date & Time
Timestamps, time zones, lunar dates and date arithmetic. Almost every bug in this category is one of three things: seconds versus milliseconds, local time versus UTC, or an off-by-one at a month boundary.
The converters show both interpretations side by side, which is usually enough to spot which assumption the other system made.

Common questions
Is a 13-digit timestamp seconds or milliseconds?
Milliseconds. Unix seconds are 10 digits until the year 2286; anything 13 digits is milliseconds.
Why does my converted date differ by hours?
The input has no time zone, so the converter had to pick one. Check whether it assumed UTC or your local zone.
